In our practice, the paramedic offers a same day or next day assessment for practice patients who need a non-urgent home visit or patients in a managed care home.
To request a home visit, contact GP surgery reception, stating the reason you would like to be seen and the best telephone number to call you on and an appointment will be arranged.
