We are inviting patients registered with our practice to join our Patient Participation Group (PPG).
The PPG is a group of patients who work alongside the practice to help improve services and ensure the patient voice is heard. As a member, you will have the opportunity to:
- Share your views and experiences as a patient.
- Provide feedback on the services we offer.
- Work with the practice to help improve patient care and the services we provide.
- Help strengthen communication between patients and the practice.
Whether you have a little time or a lot, your views can make a real difference and help us continue to improve the care we provide to our community.
